Wes and Willy commercial branding

When I was in the music business and needed an outlet that was the camera. Now in the photography business in Omaha that outlet is video.
It only makes sense as I can bring my experience with music, radio branding and photography into one medium.
With this all said you still need a leader and that’s my partner, John. We both enjoy stories without words.

Thanks to Wes and Willy for trusting our vision.

Those who are close to me know that I’m always looking for different creative outlets. I had this idea of telling a story through motion instead of words. Meet John Brumbach a professional video dude at www.kickstanddigital.com who took me under his wing and showed me how to shoot video. I have a long way to go but overall happy with the outcome. Thanks to Pat from Pat and Jt on q98.5 for trusting us.

meg and nick engagement take 1

I’ve finally kicked off my first engagement shoot in Omaha for 2011. San Diego, we started back in January but we’ll see what city ends up with more by the end of the year. Engagement shoots are a must for many reasons but to me it’s a chance to get to know each other. Meg and Nick are a riot, period! They had me at yellow vintage tandem bike. I might have flipped my camera on video mode when they weren’t looking.(see short vid below) It’s a privilege when a couple chooses you to document their wedding day. Thank you Meg and Nick and look forward to August.

why i spent 5 days in Kearney.

I’ve tried to explain it but people don’t really understand. My intention was not to shoot video as I was lugging around a Canon 500mm lens that weighs around 20 pounds. It looks like it came from the army or something. So instead of me trying to tell you watch this short video. I’ll explain in detail my trip, lens, conditions and what I learned tomorrow. Thanks for watching!
